Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, Essbase, SAP, Adaptive (Workday) and PowerBI, he is an expert in strategic decision-making, predictive analytics, and comprehensive reporting. Among his other skills are advanced Excel modeling, management presentations, and executive level communication.

Joseph has built a strong career in FP&A, helping multiple organizations deliver cost savings and margin expansion and achieving best-in-class FP&A strategies.

In October 2013, he began his professional career by working as a staff accountant at Holman Frenia Allison, P.C. He remained with the firm until March 2015, auditing school districts and townships, conducting substantive tests, and preparing journal entries. His experience with the firm strengthened his analytical skills and financial accuracy and deepened his understanding of financial reporting and compliance.

From March 2015 to June 2017, Joseph worked as a financial analyst at The Children’s Place, managing a $200 million+ expense budget by store. In this position, he met weekly with the CFO and COO, presenting financial updates and recommending cost-saving initiatives.
